It begins….

I love art-therapy!!! There is nothing like sitting down to paint and suddenly realizing two hours have flown by! Okay, it is doubtful I can sit a full two hours without my bladder interrupting me. But that is just part of being over 50.

When I stumbled upon these art kits and paint party ideas, I thought to myself “I can do this! I SHOULD do this!”. So, I am doing it! I created The Joyful Palette with Helen and have slowly been working to build my website and gather ideas for paint parties and art kits.

It is all still a work-in-progress and the recent loss of my mom has slowed the process down because, well, grief. But I look forward to working through my grief process through art and sharing my love for art with others!
